REVIEW OF A NEW BUILD OR EXTENSION PLANS

Service Description

I will review with you the drawings you have to build or extend your home. I will look at the practicality of the current drawings & see how they work with your requirements - simple changes have huge impact. For eg: Moving a door will allow you have more storage. If you move a wall could you have an additional en-suite? How about adding a window or a skylight? Is the playroom close to the kitchen? Email the drawings to me prior to our meeting (which can be held virtually or in-person). You can review the outcome of our meeting with your Architect.
